Kia ora, my name is Emma!

I am in my fifth year of studying towards a Law and BA degree. I was born in Singapore and grew up in Wanaka. I love to hike, ski, cook and spend time with my wonderful friends and whanau (including my top tier dog Bear, when I'm back at home).

I originally joined Lads in 2024 and am back this year working on the events team.

The mission behind Lads is what drew me to the club in the first place. Mental health is something that most struggle with, yet most feel nervous or unsure of how to talk about with others. There are especially so many men and boys out there that feel they have to figure things out alone without support. Lads is all about working to create a space where everyone feels supported and loved.

I couldn’t be more excited to be apart of the Lads team this year and create even more meaningful change.
