Kia ora lads whānau, I’m Hazel !

I am going into my 2nd year at UC studying a Bachelor of Communications, majoring in Strategy and Practice.

I am your Marketing Campaign and content lead for the 2026 Lads Without Labels exec team. I cannot wait to step into this role and promote Lads through an engaging perspective with the rest of the epic people in the marketing team.

The impacts that mental health has on all individuals, no matter their differences, has taught me a lot over the years, therefore motivating me to join Lads without Labels alongside like-minded people and take action to create a ripple effect of change not just at UC but within the community.

Originally being from Blenheim, I enjoy all things outdoors, especially a kiwi summer in the Queen Charlotte sounds, I love staying active, hanging out with my mates, and being around my whānau.

I am so stoked to have this opportunity. Bring on 2026 !
