Hey! My name is Jack Thomas, I’m a third year Cinematic Arts student and the new Lads without Labels Photographer. I’m super excited to get out across all the Lads events to meet and photograph the awesome community.

Mental health is really important to me. It’s something that we all deal with on some level, and something as simple as reaching out and checking in on people can be really monumental for someone struggling. Lads does a lot of active work in the community to raise awareness about the simple ways we can help each other. The moment I heard about this organisation, I knew it was something I wanted to get involved in, seeing the wide range of programs and initiatives they run around encouraging people to support one another.

I’m based in Christchurch, but originally from Wellington. In my spare time I love to hang out with my mates, hit the beach or the ski slopes, or do a little amateur filmmaking work.
