My name is Jaime and I am a third-year Mechatronics Engineering student.

My why? I joined Lads because their idea and their mission was something I wanted to get behind. I took up photography as a hobby a few years ago and bringing these two things together was really exciting.

For the last few years, I have been pretty close with people who needed support, and they've been there when I needed the support as well. We have the platform for it now. The stigma surrounding mental health conversations in men was extremely evident back then and is still evident today. This is an opportunity to help reverse that. That's why I joined Lads as their photographer and treasurer.
