Good evening! My name is Jaime, I'm in my last year of Engineering, and I'm stepping full-time into the marketing team as the photographer.

Joining Lads was a no-brainer. My flatmate came into the living room and said that applications were open and I jumped on board without a second thought. For the last few years, I have been pretty close with people who needed support, and they've been there when I needed the support as well. We have the platform for it now. The stigma surrounding mental health conversations in men was extremely evident back then and is still evident today. This is an opportunity to help reverse that.

I took up photography as a hobby and was really excited to bring that to the club. Then I was given the opportunity to step up into the management team and that's where I learned the most about how the charity operates and the real impact it makes.

I'm super proud of the work we do, I'm super excited about the work we will do, and I am forever grateful about how much fun we'll have doing it.
