We exist to break the labels and create safe spaces where lads feel safe to speak up, and part of the community. We set a motion for change by pursuing initiatives that create supportive environments and encourage uplifting kōrero (chats).
We want lads to be equipped to have these conversations, get support when needed and understand that asking for help doesn't make you weak. It makes you human. Mental health is not a battle beaten alone; we take the ups and downs together.
