Through a Lads Without Labels -specific login, you can access online support modules free of charge. You can also complete a well-being assessment that will cater your experience by guiding you to suggested resources. All questions have been clinically designed. This platform targets four pillars of health including physical, mental, financial and social. Access this support on the TELUS Health One app or online:

TELUS Health also offers a ‘Find a Counsellor’ link to browse service providers by name or location. Access this service here, alternatively find it through the news feed in your TELUS Health One Platform account.

If somebody you know is struggling, and they’ve given consent for you to share their phone number, you can arrange for TELUS Health to reach out and offer support to your mate.
