I am currently in my third year of a Bachelor of Science where I am majoring in Psychology. Aside from (a bit of) studying, I love to spend my time out in the sunshine and soaking up the goodness the people around me have to offer.

I am lucky enough for 2024 to be my second year on the Lads Without Labels executive, where I will be in the Partnerships team alongside Hayden. So far, I can safely say that being a part of Lads has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. A great passion of mine is to bring other people joy and create positive change where possible, which together we strive to do through starting those tougher conversations and providing support to those in need. Not only is helping others my biggest ‘Why’ for being in the mental health space, but Lads Without Labels has also provided an outlet to support my own mental health journey. Every post, event, meeting, and conversation we share at Lads serves as a reminder to me to check in with my own mental well-being, and to not be afraid to ask for help when times are tougher.
