I joined Lads Without Labels because I don’t think mental health should be the “ambulance at the end of the cliff”. Instead mental health should be something we practice and talk about in the good times and in the bad. I love that lads is working to destigmatize mental health and create inclusive and accessible spaces to have those conversations.
